Bring one or two garments you'd love to refresh, customize, or completely reinvent. Whether it's a thrifted find or a favorite piece that's been sitting in your closet, Aariana will guide you through creative techniques to help you reimagine it with confidence.

No two projects are alike, making every workshop a unique expression of your personal style. You'll leave with a one-of-a-kind piece, new skills, and plenty of inspiration for your next creative project.

What You’ll Make

Guests will work on one thrifted or pre-owned garment during class. Projects may include cropping a shirt, resizing a top, hemming pants or skirts, adding embellishments, refreshing denim, or making simple design changes depending on the garment and skill level.

  • Sewing machine use

  • Thread

  • Scissors

  • Pins or clips

  • Iron and pressing tools

  • Basic sewing supplies

  • Select embellishments or trims

  • Select mini happy hour drinks

What to Bring

Guests should bring one garment they’d like to upcycle or thrift flip. This can be a thrifted item, something from your closet, or a piece you no longer wear.

Recommended items include:

  • Denim jacket or jeans

  • Button-down shirt

  • T-shirt or sweatshirt

  • Skirt or dress

  • Simple pants

  • Oversized top

  • Garment with minor fit or style issues


Optional items to bring:

  • Extra fabric

  • Patches, trim, ribbon, or embellishments

  • Inspiration photos

  • A notebook or sketchbook

  • Your own sewing machine, if you’d like to learn on it

Who This Class Is For

This class is perfect for sewists with basic sewing knowledge, creative DIYers, fashion lovers, sustainability-minded guests, and anyone who wants to learn how to refresh or customize clothing. No advanced sewing experience is required, but basic comfort with a sewing machine is helpful.

Happy Hour Note

A mini happy hour with select drinks will be available. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages. Non-alcoholic options will also be offered.

Cancellation Policy

Due to limited seating and class preparation, all bookings are final. Guests may reschedule up to 48 hours before class, subject to availability. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in, get settled, and choose your workspace. Class begins promptly at the scheduled time.
