Guests will create one reusable tote bag during class. The finished bag can be used for grocery trips, farmers markets, beach days, books, everyday errands, or as a handmade gift.

What to Bring
Everything needed for class is provided. Guests are welcome to bring:
Your own sewing machine, if you’d like to learn on it
Cotton or canvas fabric, if you want to use your own
A notebook, if you’d like to take notes
Who This Class Is For
This class is perfect for beginners, first-time sewists, creative DIYers, and anyone who wants to make a simple, useful sewing project. Basic sewing skills are recommended.
Happy Hour Note
A mini happy hour with select drinks will be available. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages. Non-alcoholic options will also be offered.
Cancellation Policy
Due to limited seating and class preparation, all bookings are final. Guests may reschedule up to 48 hours before class, subject to availability. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in, get settled, and choose your workspace. Class begins promptly at the scheduled time.

Wendi A. White’s sewing journey began with Home Economics in high school and came full circle at age 61, when she bought a sewing machine and taught herself to sew again. Today, she is the proud administrator of Sewing Henderson Together, a thriving Facebook community of more than 300 members. From clothing and accessories to bags and home projects, she loves turning inspiration into something handmade. At Stitch & Sip, she’s excited to share her passion for sewing and help others discover the joy of creating.
